The Classic Knockbox (old Bumper knockbox) is still in great demand after it was first launched in 2004. Made from stainless steel it is built like a tank and will last for a very long time. It will hold about 50 double pucks.
The tooling for this product was updated in 2019 and the quality of the inside and outside is unmatched. The rubber bar is reinforced with a solid stainless steel rod. The knockbox has a great satin brushed finish and is sure to sit perfectly alongside any espresso machine that has a lot of steel on display.
Only the bar will absorb the force while 'knocking' the portafilter and the top gasket, uses to protect the sharp edge only, does not move. Hold the bar or carry the Classic knockbox if you would like to move the item around. Do not pull the top gasket or the 'ears' will be torn off. The spare parts are not under warranty.
Should you ever lose or need to replace the top gasket, bottom gasket, need a new bar or the rubber nuts, replacements are available.
